4 种 SPF 级大鼠活体保种繁殖性能测定与分析

Measurement and Analysis of Conservation and Reproductive Performance in Four SPF Rats

摘要: 目的 测定、分析国家啮齿类实验动物资源库活体保存的 4 种 SPF 级大鼠( SD、Wistar、F344 和 BN)的繁殖水平。 方法 封闭群采用循环交配方法,近交系采用修饰平行线交配方法。 检测 4 种品系 SPF 大鼠第 1 ~ 4 胎的产仔平均数、带仔平均数和离乳平均数,计算出离乳率。 并记录初次交配日龄、初次生产日龄、初次生产间隔和所产各胎的胎间隔。 结果 SD 大鼠的产仔平均数为 12 ~ 13 只,前二胎繁殖水平基本维持相对稳定,第 3、4 胎的各项检测指标结果相比第 1、2 胎呈现下降趋势;SD 大鼠的离乳率为 98. 2%;SD 大鼠的初次交配日龄、初次生产日龄、初次生产间隔分别为 84、110. 7、26. 7 d 左右,所产各胎的胎间隔在 26 ~ 31 d。 Wistar 大鼠的平均产仔数为 10 ~ 11 只,前2胎的每窝产仔平均数、带仔平均数和离乳平均数水平基本相对稳定,3、4 胎各项检测指标结果相比第 1、2 胎呈现下降趋势;方差分析结果也表现出所产各胎的产仔平均数有显著差异( P< 0. 05) ;Wistar 大鼠的离乳率为 98. 3%;Wistar 大鼠的初次交配日龄、初次生产日龄、初次生产间隔分别为 91、118. 5、27. 5 d 左右,所产各胎的胎间隔在25 ~ 30 d。 F344 大鼠第 1 ~ 4 胎的产仔平均数是 8 只,前 3 胎每窝产仔平均数、带仔平均数和离乳平均数基本维持相对稳定,第 4 胎各项检测指标比前 3 胎呈现明显下降趋势(P< 0. 05) ;方差分析结果也显示出各胎次的产仔平均数有显著的差异(P<0. 05) ;F344 大鼠的离乳率为 98. 4%;F344 大鼠的初次交配日龄、初次生产日龄、初次生产间隔分别为 92. 7 、122. 7 、30 d 左右,所产各胎的胎间隔在 27 ~ 40 d 。 BN 大鼠第 1 ~ 4 胎的产仔平均数是 5 只,4 胎的每窝产仔平均数、带仔平均数和离乳平均数基本维持相对稳定,BN 大鼠的离乳率为 98. 9%;BN 大鼠的初次交配日龄、初次生产日龄、初次生产间隔分别为82. 8 、124. 6 、41. 8 d 左右,所产各胎的胎间隔在 33 ~ 37 d 。 结论 本资源库活体保存的 4 种 SPF 级大鼠繁殖水平较高,得到的繁殖水平参数为全国各区域实验大鼠规模化生产和国家啮齿类实验动物种质资源库的建设提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Objective To determine the propagation level of four SPF rats ( SD, Wistar, F344 and BN) stored in national rodent experimental animal repository. Method The closure of the closure using the recording parallel line mating method using the cycle mating method.  The average number of vegetation and the size of the four-day tires of the four kinds of spine rats. The average number of vibe and the number of daily. And recorded the initial mating age, the first production age, the initial production and intervening of the tires. Result The average number of ventricles in SD rats was 12 to 13, the first 2-breeding level was basically maintained relatively stable, the result of the detection of the three, the four testers was reduced in the first 1-25. The residual rate of SD rats was 98. 2%; the initial production of the SD rats was 84, 110. 7, 26. 7 d, the tires of the tires of 26 d to and 31 d. Wartar rats were 10-11, the average number of the first 2 tires, the average number of vibe average and the level of the system is relatively stable, 3,4 tires detection result showed that the first and second tension showed the trend of the production of the various types of tires (P<0. 05) ; the initial mating age of the Wistar rats was 98. 3%; the initial production age of the Wistar rats was 91, 118. 5, 27. 5 d, respectively, the tires were 25 to 30 d. F344 rats first to four quarters of the average number of 8, the first three trials of each product, the average number of vibes and the basis of the basic maintenance of the relatively stable, the fourth tone detection index than the front three trials showed a significant decline in phenomenon ( P < 0. 05) ; variance analysis result also showed a significant difference in the number of hunting of the enemy (P<0. 05) ; the first mid-term age of F344 rats was 98. 4%; the first production age of the F344 ratio was 92. 7, 122. 7, 30 d, the tires of the various times of the tires were 27 degrels and 40 d. BN rats first to four quarters of the average number of 5 to the average number of four-day, the average number of vibe average and the number of daily system is relatively stable, and the ratio of BN rats was 98. 9%; the initial mating age of the BN rats was 82. 8, 124. 6, 41. 8 d, respectively, and the tires of the tires of the tires of 33-37 d. Conclusion The proportion of 4 kinds of SPF rats in the resource library was significantly higher than the proportion of the proportion of the breeding levels of the scale production and national rodents of the national rodents.
